Okay so let’s be honest, you worked really hard since you’re young, you give your wholeself to the education so that you can get your dreamlike job or maybe you got married to a person whom you fantasize every night and morning and they are there to spend their rest of the life with you. But wait, what if you are being diagnosed with cancer or any kind of heart disease or maybe diabetes, during that period? What would be your reaction? I’m not being bitter but very real here.

Anyone can go through the same scenario in their life. Genetics could be another possibility but what if you are the only one pushing yourself to that door? The chance are 80%. Sometimes you don’t even have an idea what you are doing with your life and it’s all messed up.

Your lifestyle, the way you spend your day, what you eat, when you sleep, how much mood swings you deal with in a day tells so much about your health. Did you even keep a count on these things ever?

Okay so amongst them, the most important of them all are your eating habits. What you eat, when you eat and in which quantity did you intake them.

Okay so everyone strives for a healthy lifestyles and could also attain it when you follow a proper food diet. If you take a balanced diet you are on a right track.

What balanced diet is?

A balanced diet is a kind of a diet which is balance by every kind of nutrients such as Carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, fats, fibres and minerals. Our body need every kind of nutrients in some Quantity or more, to work and function properly. Balanced diet doesn’t only contribute to your physical sustainability but also your mental stability and peace.

But wait, maybe you don’t know the right amount your body need of each nutritent. So you need to be very conscious of what you are eating.

I’m not asking you to make a whole complex diet plan but just simply make a chart for a week that what you are going to eat in a coming week. Wisely distribute your food dishes according to the nutrients. So a short brief guide is here that what makes a healthy and nutritious diet.

  • Include Fresh Vegetables And Fruits In Your D

The most important part of your balanced diet are fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s really important to add a portion of fruits and veggies in your everyday diet. You can just make a chart for a week that which portion of fruits and veggies you are going to consume per day.

Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. They are also a great source of dietary fiber. Dietary fiber helps to reduce constipation and CVD (cardio vascular diseases) such as cancers, heart problems, diabetes. They are low in fat, hence, another benefit if you are looking for a light diet.

Basically the ideal time to take the portion of your fruits and vegetables  is 11 A.M, when you are actually hungry and wants something light. Or you can also keep on munching your favourite fruits till 5 P.M as it is ideal for your digestion. You can make a salad with a light dressing of virgin olive oil. Try to eat raw veggies as they are rich in minerals and dietary fibres, especially green veggies. Try to add 4 to 5 portions of fruits and veggies per day.

  • Drink More And More Water

There is no need to highlight the significance of water, as human body is composed of 70% of water content it is pretty obvious that how much water is important for humans and other beings. It’s pretty obvious one can’t survive without water but still we don’t take the right amount of water that our body needs per day.

It is said one should atleast intake 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Our body needs to function accurately.

Water is a natural detoxifier for your body. It washes out all the toxins from your body through by means of perspiration and urination. It increase your body metabolism and helps your body to maintain regularity. Water helps to regulate your digestive system and boost your immune system.

  • Add Dairy Products In Your Diet

Dairy products also makes a balanced diet and good for your health when taken in a right amount. They are rich in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, protein and many other essential nutrients.

Dairy products are important for your body and muscles growth and for your teeths. Dairy products, such as milk, yogurt and cheese could reduce the risk of heart diseases and bloody pressure. It is important for a healthy lifestyle to have 3 servings of dairy per day.

  • Say No To High Protien/Low Carbs Diet

It is not sane when you come on a high protien/low carbs diet. Well you are the doing it for your good health but the irony is that it’s actually harmful. High protein and less carbohydrates intakes leads to burning of your own body fat in the process of carbs burnings. A body comes in a state of ketosis where your body eliminate more body fluids.

  • Take Your Food On Time And Decently

Don’t expect your health to be good when you eat like a genie and like every next second you want something to eat to satisfy your cravings. Its insane when you don’t keep an eye on your food intakes and never mind to take it on time. It’s not like you wakeup at 12 P.M. and then takes your breakfast portion. It would actually disturbs your metabolism and digestive system and makes you feel lazy and out of energy. Irregular food routine leads to migraines and other health issues.
